福建省工农民主政府成立至今已经五十五周年了。五十五年前,即一九三二年三月十八日,福建省第一次工农兵代表大会在长汀县城隆重举行,来自各方面的一百多名代表,以发展革命战争的议题为中心,讨论通过了关于土地、劳动、军事、财政、经济、苏维埃建设等问题决议案。三月二十一日,大会发布宣言和通电,宣告以张鼎丞为首的福建省苏维埃政府,即福建省工农民主政府胜利诞生。这是福建人民革命斗争史上的一件大事,是我们党领导福建人民进行土地革命战争所取得的光辉成果,也是我们党在省级革命政权建设上的一次成功的实践!
Fujian’s Workers and Peasants Democratic Government has been established for 55 years. Fifty-five years ago, on March 18, 1932, the first congress of workers, peasants and soldiers in Fujian Province was held ceremoniously in Changting County, with more than 100 representatives from all fields in order to develop the issue of a revolutionary war As the center, discussed and approved the resolutions on land, labor, military affairs, finance, economy and the Soviet construction. On March 21, the General Assembly promulgated the declaration and energized it and declared the victory of the government of Fujian Province, led by Zhang Dingcheng, the government of the workers and peasants in Fujian Province. This is a major event in the history of the revolutionary struggle of the people in Fujian and the glorious achievement our party leads the people of Fujian in conducting the agrarian revolution. It is also a successful practice of our party in the construction of the provincial revolutionary regime.
