我院胸外科自1953年起始对肺结核患者施行肺切除治疗,截至1961年9月,随访时间达三月以上,且记录完整之患者共有804例。在术后不同时期复发者共33例,复发率为4.1％。关于复发标准,主要根据手术前后一系列X綫胸片所见,结合术中余肺检查情况以判定之,具体包括: 1.术前X綫检查,除计划切除之肺内主要病灶和周围散在病灶外,余肺未显示其他阴影,
