我厂0.5吨无芯工频感应电炉用于活塞环合金铸铁的熔炼。过去,一般在40至60炉次时,炉子底部严重浸蚀,中途要经过5~7次补修炉衬,由于炉子容量和体积小,修补炉底很不方便,加大了熔化工人的工作量。炉衬熔炼80~120炉次左右便报废.我们用调整精制石英砂和硼酸的配比以及变换打结方法来提高炉衬的使用寿命,但实际效果并不明显。后来我们改进和完善了烘烤与烧结工艺及加强维护,获得了新筑炉衬最高炉令104炉次,大修炉令272炉次的效果。 烘炉通常要求是低功率,由于我厂没有调压装置,故采用“空炉断续通电、缓慢升温”的办法。实践证明只要工艺制订合理,仍然可以达到预期的目的。表1是我厂对0.5吨无芯工频感应电炉炉衬烘烤与烧结断续通电的时限工艺。

Due to the small capacity and small size of the furnace, it was inconvenient to repair the furnace floor and increased the workload of the melting workers . Furnace smelting around 80 to 120 times the furnace will be scrapped.We use to adjust the ratio of refined quartz sand and boric acid and transform the knot method to improve the service life of lining, but the actual effect is not obvious. Later, we improved and perfected the baking and sintering process and strengthened the maintenance. We obtained the results of the heat recovery of the furnace with the highest furnace capacity of 104 and the furnace capacity of 272 furnaces. Ovens usually require low power, because I plant no voltage regulator device, so the “empty furnace intermittent power, slowly warming up” approach. Practice has proved that as long as the process is reasonable, still can achieve the desired purpose. Table 1 is my factory on the 0.5 ton core frequency induction furnace lining lining roasting and sintering intermittent power time process.
