低浓度(0~100mg/kg)的S-3307在25℃下浸种36h对水稻种子的发芽率、发芽势基本无影响,对种子的发芽指数和活力指数具有一定的抑制作用,但对幼苗的根芽比及根尖脱氢酶活性具有一定的促进作用。高浓度(大于200mg/kg)S-3307浸种可能对芽产生药害,致使生长畸形,甚至降低发芽率。S-3307浸种对水稻种子萌发特性的影响与抑制胚乳α-淀粉酶活性有关。外施GA_3可完全消除S-3307对种子发芽指数、活力指数的抑制作用。
