一、问题的提出对调度通讯的特殊要求除了迅速、准确、灵活之外,还有专用性.固定使用的调度通讯系统,虽然可用市话线路完成,但往往满足不了调度业务的需要,用户希望建立无线电调度通讯网.如果被调对象是移动的车船,就必须借助无线电来完成.目前我国建立的无线电通讯网,大多是1对N的辐射状网或链状网,面积可能是大的,但不是多层次的,也往往不能进行横向通讯联络.如何建立大面积多层次的无线电调度网还是个新课题.在这种网络中,不但可以完成垂直的调度通讯,而且还可完成任意选址的通讯联络.
