目的探讨舒适护理在小儿经胃镜下异物取出术中的应用效果。方法随机收集2016年6月1日-2017年2月1日在本院经胃镜下异物取出术的30例患儿为研究对象,根据护理方式将其分为两组,各15例,对照组采用传统常规护理,研究组采用舒适护理,比较两组患儿对胃镜检查的配合度、并发症发生率、操作时间及家长、患儿满意度情况。结果研究组患儿对胃镜检查的配合度高于对照组患儿,操作时间、并发症发生率低于对照组患儿,家长及患儿对护理满意度高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在小儿经胃镜下异物取出术中,舒适护理能够提高患儿对检查的配合度、家长及患儿对护理满意度,减少操作时间,降低并发症发生率,值得临床护理人员大力学习及应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of comfortable nursing in the removal of foreign body by gastroscope in children. Methods Thirty children with foreign bodies removed by gastroscope in our hospital from June 1, 2016 to February 1, 2017 were randomly divided into two groups according to nursing methods, 15 cases in each group. The control group With the traditional routine nursing, the study group adopted the comfortable nursing. The matching degree of gastroscopy, complication rate, operation time, parents and children satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The children in study group had higher degree of cooperation with gastroscopy than those in control group. The operating time and complication rate of children in study group were lower than those in control group. The satisfaction degree of parents and children in nursing group was higher than that of control group. The differences were statistically significant Significance (all P <0.05). Conclusion In children undergoing gastroscopic removal of foreign bodies, comfort nursing can improve the patient’s compliance with the examination, parents and children satisfaction with the nursing, reduce operating time and reduce the incidence of complications, it is worth learning and clinical nurses to learn .
