众所周知,中国是一个有着五千年灿烂文化和悠久历史的文明古国。随着我国这五千年来的沉淀和积累,我国的旅游资源也是相当丰富和巨大的。正是由于我国旅游资源的丰富吸引了大批的海内外游者来我国参观、旅游。同时也由于旅游业的发达而带动了我国酒店业的进一步发展。因此,在现今旅游与酒店行业发展如此飞速的时代,我国对其内部工作人员的服务与礼仪工作便要求的更为严格了。
As we all know, China is an ancient civilization with 5,000 years of splendid culture and a long history. With the sedimentation and accumulation of our five thousand years, our country’s tourism resources are also quite rich and huge. It is precisely because China’s rich tourism resources have attracted a large number of tourists from home and abroad to visit and travel in our country. At the same time, the further development of China’s hotel industry has been brought about by the development of tourism industry. Therefore, in such an era of rapid development of the tourism and hospitality industries today, our country demands more stringent service and ceremonial work on its internal staff.
