信息化带来了政治动员主体多元化、动员节奏快速化以及动员效果的强渗透性等新变化。从当前我国政治动员的基本现状出发,加强信息化条件下的政治动员建设,要紧紧围绕党中央、中央军委的战略意图,结合信息化环境的新要求,以强化政治权威为根本,增强技术手段为依托,健全动员制度为保证,有效实施政治反动员为突破口,全面推进政治动员建设。
