医疗市场中民营医疗机构占着越来越大的市场份额,违法执业情况时有发生,严重扰乱医疗市场,主要的问题有:依法行医意识淡薄;发布虚假医疗广告;医疗文书管理混乱;擅自扩大诊疗科目;监督管理投入明显不足。采取针对性对策是:设立专职民营医疗机构监管人员;加强民营医疗机构执业行为的日常管理;加大违法行为处理力度,依法查处违法行为。
