创新是当今时代发展的鲜明特征,现代图书馆管理的本质也在于创新。通过管理创新,构建高校人力资源的开放系统是培养“学科馆员”队伍的前提;建立行之有效的人员选拔和培训制度是“学科馆员”制度得以顺利实施的关键;人才引进是“学科馆员”制度能够深入发展的保障;科学的人才激励、竞争机制是实现“学科馆员”制度的重要手段。
Innovation is a distinctive feature of the development of our times. The essence of modern library management lies in innovation. Through the management innovation, it is the prerequisite to cultivate the “discipline librarian” team that the open system of human resources in colleges and universities is established. Establishing the effective personnel selection and training system is the key to the successful implementation of the “discipline librarian” system. The introduction is the guarantee that the system of “subject librarian” can develop in depth. The scientific talent incentive and competition mechanism are the important means to realize the system of “subject librarian”.
