在总结淮北矿业集团袁店一井煤矿建设过程安全管理经验的基础上,根据矿井建设中出现的新问题、新情况,不断研究应用现代安全管理新理论、新技术,探索安全管理新方法、新途径,形成了面向科学发展的淮北矿业集团新井“SIEHS”全面一体化安全管理体系,为新建煤矿安全管理提供了系统的、规范的、可操作性的指导,填补了新建煤矿安全管理的空白。
On the basis of summing up the experience of safety management in the construction of coal mine in Yuandian-Ii Mine of Huaibei Mining Group and on the basis of new problems and new situations in the construction of mines, we constantly study and apply new theories and technologies of modern safety management and explore new methods of safety management and new Way to form a comprehensive integrated safety management system for the new well “SIEHS ” of Huaibei Mining Group for scientific development, providing systematic, standardized and operable guidance for the new coal mine safety management and filling the new coal mine safety management blank.
