文章以河南机电职业学院校企合作实践为例,指出了职业院校在校企合作中要从学校、专业、课程和培养目标四个方面进行全面改革。学校建设要体现厂中有校、校中有厂,校企一体,建成工厂式学院;专业建设要与学校自有产业、本地产业良性互动,做到产业促进专业,专业带动产业,办成产业式专业;课程开发上要根据岗位技能要求,按照教育心理学规律重排课程内容,形成技能式课程;从而实现职业院校校企合作的良性机制,为企业更好更快地培养应用型人才。
