近来,“供给侧结构”性改革成了经济领域的高频词和全国上下的热议词。其意是用改革的办法推进结构调整,矫正扭曲的要素配置,通过扩大有效供给,提升经济增长的质量,满足人民群众的需求。电视节目跟煤碳、钢铁等行业一样,也存在产能过剩、供需错配等问题,同样需要进行供给侧结构性改革。笔者认为,电视节目的供给侧结构性改革,需重点做好“去、降、补”三字文章。首先,要去产能。一是去富余产能。据统计,2015
