社会主义帝场经济体制下的统计模式,具有新的特征:开放式,宏观、中观、微观并重,统计范围也拓展了,并且统计信息运动主要成为价值形态的运动形式。由于统计特征的变化,使之功能也随着变化。社会主义市场经济体制下统计整体功能,包括统计信息功能、统计咨询功能、统计监督功能。这三者相互联系,相互制约,只有将其凝聚在一起,才能发挥整体效应。这既是社会主义市场经济建立和发展的要求,也是统计赖以生存的重要条件。
