用放射免疫技术测定哮喘豚鼠血浆及支气管肺泡准洗液(BALF)中内皮素-1(ET-1)、心钠素(ANF)及环磷鸟苷(cGMP)含量。结果显示哮喘组血浆及BALF中ET-1、ANF、cGMP含量均显著高于正常对照组;ET-1含量与ANF含量变化呈负相关,而ANF含量与cGMP含量变化呈正相关。提示ET-1在哮喘发病中起重要作用;ANF负反馈抑制ET-1的合成与释放;外源性ANF可能成为治疗哮喘的一种新方法。
The contents of ET-1, ANF and cGMP in asthmatic guinea pig plasma and bronchoalveolar allantoic fluid (BALF) were measured by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that the levels of ET-1, ANF and cGMP in plasma and BALF of asthma group were significantly higher than those of normal control group. The content of ET-1 was negatively correlated with the change of ANF content, while the content of ANF was positively correlated with the content of cGMP. Suggesting that ET-1 plays an important role in the pathogenesis of asthma. ANF negative feedback inhibits the synthesis and release of ET-1. Exogenous ANF may be a new treatment for asthma.
