传统变异干髓治疗死髓牙效果多不理想。我院自1989年4月开始用灭滴灵与干尸剂配制成糊剂,对恒牙牙髓坏死及慢性根尖周炎作变异干髓治疗。经1～2年随访,效果满意,现报告如下。资料与方法1.临床资料:本组73例(75个牙)中,男38例,女35例,年龄12～73岁;75个牙中,上颌28个,下颌47个(见附表);牙髓坏死30个牙,慢性根尖周炎45个牙,其中12个牙有瘘道。
The traditional variation of dry pulp treatment of dead pulp more than ideal results. Our hospital since April 1989 with metronidazole and dry corpse agent formulated into a paste, permanent teeth pulp necrosis and chronic apical periodontitis as a variant of dry marrow treatment. After 1 to 2 years of follow-up, the results are satisfactory, are as follows. Materials and Methods 1.
