目的:探讨上海市儿童接种国产甲型H1N1流感病毒裂解疫苗不良反应发生情况。方法:对本市中小学生接种甲型H1N1流感病毒裂解疫苗后,发生不良反应并来我院就诊的192例儿童进行观察记录。结果:所观察的发生不良反应的儿童中,男∶女比例为1.23∶1,年龄6～15岁。192例儿童患者中,接种当天和接种后第1天发生不良反应的分别为72例(37.5%)和70例(36.5%)。临床症状含发热的儿童176例(91.7%),高热51例。以全身伴呼吸系统症状的儿童最多,为181人。在明确记录恢复时间的149例儿童中,以就诊后3 d内恢复的为主,为101例(67.8%)。结论:国产甲型H1N1流感病毒裂解疫苗接种儿童后未出现严重不良反应,安全性较高。
Objective: To investigate the incidence of domestic children immunized with influenza A H1N1 influenza virus vaccine. Methods: A total of 192 children who had adverse reactions and were treated in our hospital after vaccination of primary and secondary school students with influenza A (H1N1) virus were observed and recorded. RESULTS: Among the observed children with adverse reactions, the male-to-female ratio was 1.23: 1 and the age was 6-15 years. In 192 children, 72 (37.5%) and 70 (36.5%) patients developed adverse reactions on the day of inoculation and on the first day after inoculation, respectively. Clinical symptoms included 176 cases of fever in children (91.7%), fever in 51 cases. The number of children with systemic respiratory symptoms was 181 at the most. Of the 149 children with documented recovery time, 101 (67.8%) recovered mainly within 3 days of their visit. Conclusion: There is no serious adverse reaction after domestic immunization with influenza A H1N1 influenza virus vaccine, which is safe.
