我们在瑞典通过参观工厂、听课和研讨,对瑞典工厂的预防性维修(Preventive Maint-enance)有了一定的了解,现介绍如下。 在参观工厂中,经企业介绍和实际考察,我们认为瑞典企业的PM活动主要是通过对设备的状态监测,预测出潜在故障,以便更合理地安排维修计划;CM(Corrective Maintenance)活动主要是进行改善修理,排除故障,保证设备正常运转。这些活动的全过程靠设备状态监测为基础的维修系统,以达到提高设备的可靠性和有效利用率的目的。
We have some knowledge of Preventive Maint-enance in Sweden through our visit to factories, lectures and seminars in Sweden.
