本次分析利用长春市1991年卫生部门医院社会及经济效益年报的有关数据,对长春市卫生部门5个级别的医院进行了对比分析与评价,其结果如下: 一、社会效益分析根据医院为社会提供的卫生服务,社会效益分析主要采用了12个指标(见表1、表2、表3、表4中的12个指标)。从表1中可以看出,在每一职工每天负担的诊疗人次中,省属、区属医院职工负担较大;在每一职工每天负担的住院人数中,区属、县属医院负担较大;在每一医生每天负担的诊疗人次数中,省属医院负担较大;在每一医生每天负担的住院人数中,县属医院负担较大。负担量的
This analysis uses data from the Changchun City Health Department Hospital Social and Economic Benefits Annual Report in 1991 to compare and evaluate five levels of hospitals in Changchun City.
