目的探讨硫酸基转移酶基因1A3(SULT1A3)、雌激素受体亚型(ERα、ERβ)在子宫肌瘤组织中的表达及其与子宫肌瘤发病的相关性。方法选取2013年10月至2015年6月中国医科大学附属盛京医院妇科收治的30例因子宫肌瘤(单发型)住院行全子宫切除术或子宫肌瘤剔除术患者和10例因子宫脱垂且无其他子宫病变,行全子宫切除术患者的石蜡组织标本。免疫组化法检测SULT1A3与ERα、ERβ在30例子宫肌瘤组织以及相应肌瘤包膜外组织与10例正常子宫肌层组织中的表达及其差异性。结果与肌瘤包膜外肌层组织及正常子宫肌层组织相比较,子宫肌瘤组织中SULT1A3的表达显著降低(P<0.05),而雌激素受体ERα、ERβ的表达明显增高(P<0.05)。在子宫肌瘤组织中,SULT1A3与ERβ之间存在显著的负相关性(P<0.05),与ERα之间无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 SULT1A3在子宫肌瘤发生发展过程中可能具有抑制作用,其机制可能主要与雌激素受体ERβ有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of SULT1A3 and ERα, ERβ in uterine fibroids and their correlation with the pathogenesis of uterine fibroids. Methods From October 2013 to June 2015, 30 patients with uterine leiomyoma (single type) underwent hysterectomy or myomectomy in gynecology of Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University and 10 patients with uterine leiomyoma Vertical and no other uterine lesions, line hysterectomy paraffin tissue specimens. The expression of SULT1A3, ERα and ERβ in 30 cases of uterine myoma, corresponding extra-myometrial and 10 cases of normal myometrium were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Compared with myometrial and normal myometrium, the expression of SULT1A3 in uterine fibroids was significantly decreased (P <0.05), while the expressions of ERα and ERβ were significantly increased (P < 0.05). There was a significant negative correlation between SULT1A3 and ERβ in uterine myoma (P <0.05), but no correlation with ERα (P> 0.05). Conclusion SULT1A3 may have an inhibitory effect on the development of uterine fibroids, and its mechanism may be mainly related to estrogen receptor ERβ.
