一、概况普劳恩国营福格特兰特机床厂是民主德国生产专用机械和连续生产机组的最大厂家之一。该厂于1959～1961年间进行了大规模的扩建,扩建的重点是两座大型生产车间。车间内分设大型和小型机械加工段、零件制造和装配间、半成品和成品仓库以及工作人员办公室等。这两座多跨单层厂房,跨度为15m或20m,檐口高度8～10m。厂房各跨间大部分都配备了各种起重能力的双梁桥式吊车。钢结构厂房的屋面由钢筋混凝土空心屋面板和天窗组成,天窗用钢筋混凝土预制构件做窗框,上面镶嵌玻璃。天窗部分约占屋面总面积的36%～40%。总共安装5860扇天窗,天窗宽度约为680mm,混凝土窗框采用柔性配筋。
I. Overview Plaun State-owned Vogtland Machine Tool Plant is one of the largest manufacturers of dedicated machinery and continuous production units in Democratic Germany. The plant had a large-scale expansion from 1959 to 1961 and the expansion focused on two large-scale production workshops. The workshop is divided into large and small mechanical processing sections, parts manufacturing and assembly rooms, semi-finished and finished product warehouses, and staff offices. The two multi-span single-storey buildings span 15m or 20m, and the mouth height is 8 to 10m. Most of the plant spans are equipped with double-girder bridge cranes with various lifting capacities. The roof of the steel structure is composed of reinforced concrete hollow roof panels and skylights. The sunroof is made of reinforced concrete prefabricated components to form a window frame with glass embedded on it. Skylights account for about 36% to 40% of the total roof area. A total of 5,860 fan sunroofs are installed, the sunroof width is approximately 680mm, and the concrete window frames are made of flexible reinforcement.
