巍巍太行山之巅,曾洒下成千上万英雄豪杰的热血,而今,就在这片热土上,作为我国第一代复合肥事业的创业者——山化人,建起了亚洲最大的复合肥生产基地——山西化肥厂。在建设时期,它曾以16.5亿元的巨额投资,牵动着全国亿万人的心;现在,它又以大批的优质化肥畅销全国各地,从而,改变了我国氮磷比例失调情况,结束了我国完全依靠进口复合肥的历史。 山西化肥厂是我国引进的第一套以煤为原料的大型现代化企业。1987年7月,以高速度、高质量、高标准,全面完成了基建和设备安装任务。一座年产30万吨合成氨,54万吨硝酸,90万吨复肥的大型现代化工厂在上党大地拔地而起。 党和国家对山西化肥厂非常重视。李鹏、万里等中央领导曾先后亲临现场视察。省委省政府和化工部的领导经常深入现场指导工作,极大地促进了山西化肥厂的建设和发展。在几年的试生产过程中,7000千余名山化人在吸收、消化国外先进技术的同时,从国情和生产实际出发,敢于向洋设备开刀,先后进行技术改造500多项,其中重大技术改造50多项,共投资1000千多万元,年增产值达10968万元。在设计、设备、工艺等方面不断完善的基础上,狠抓管理,苦练内功,全员素
