目的 通过开展精神科家属探视时的健康宣教，提高患者及家属的满意度?方法 根据患者病情，事先与家属电话预约探视时间， 统一安排，由高年资的护士进行宣教，主讲精神科相关专业知识及康复指导?结果 开展这种系统的宣教后增强患者的家庭支持，满足家属对精神疾病知识的需求，同时提高患者及家属的满意度，减少患者复发的频次?结论 开展家属探视时的健康宣教为患者提供良好的家庭支持，促进患者疾病的康复，提高患者及家属的满意度，减少护理纠纷及护理风险的发生?“,”Objective To improve satisfaction of patients and relatives by carry out health education in psychiatry during visiting time. Methods According to patient\'s condition， their relatives were called in advance to make an appointment. After unified arrangement， the health education was taught by veteran nurses， containing specialty knowledge of psychiatry and rehabilitation guide means. Result After carrying out this system of education， patients was provided by a better family support. Since the demand of relatives about the knowledge of psychiatric illness was met， it also improved patient satisfaction and reduced patients\' recurrence frequency. Conclusion Carrying out health education during visiting time can provide good family support for patients， promote the rehabilitation， improved patient satisfaction， and reduce medical disputes or nursing risks.
