会计档案是会计信息载体,在其形成、使用、保管等方面都呈现出专业性强和利用率高的特点,所以更需强调“及时收集、妥善保管、充分利用”。随着经济的高速发展和信息化社会进程的加速,会计档案信息化管理将成为一种必然。在当前的档案管理工作中,电子文档已经在一定程度上普及,会计档案信息化也成为了会计的基础工作之一,但目前许多单位在建设和管理会计信息档案方面仍存在不少问题,因此本文根据信息化对会计档案管理的成因进行探讨,分析了在信息化的前提下,对事业单位会计档案管理的特点、问题以及解决的办法,以供大家参考。
