丰县人民医院始建于1950年,现有职工580人,其中高级职称90人,中级职称192人,开放床位420张,年门诊量15万人次,年收治住院1.2万人次,是集医疗、急救、教学、科研为一体的综合性医院,1995年首批被评为卫生部二级甲等医院及爱婴医院,是徐州医学院教学医院。近年来,医院以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,以职业道德建设为核心,以病人满意为服务宗旨,深入开展创建文明医院、争创“十佳医院”活动,以优质的服务、高超的医技,赢得社会各界和患者的好评,先后获得“全省工会财会工作先进集体”、徐州市“十佳医院”、徐州市文明医院等荣誉称号20余项。一、转变观念,把诚信服务渗透到职工心中医院近年来以公民基本道德规范为基础,以争创百姓放心医院活动为主题,把诚信服务理念融入医疗服务职业
Feng County People’s Hospital was founded in 1950. It has 580 employees, including 90 senior professional titles, 192 intermediate professional titles, 420 open beds, 150,000 outpatient visits, 12,000 inpatient admissions per year, and medical and emergency care. As a comprehensive hospital integrating teaching, research and scientific research, the first batch of hospitals in 1995 were rated as Class A hospitals and baby-friendly hospitals of the Ministry of Health. They are teaching hospitals of Xuzhou Medical College. In recent years, the hospital has been guided by Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of the “Three Represents,” with professional ethics as its core, and patient satisfaction as its service tenet, to carry out the activities of creating a civilized hospital and striving for the “Top Ten Hospitals” with high quality. Services, superb medical skills, won the praise of all sectors of society and patients, has won “the province’s advanced collective trade union finance and accounting work”, Xuzhou City “top ten hospitals”, Xuzhou City Civilized Hospital and other honorary titles more than 20 items.
