猪肾虫病是我国南方常见而重要的猪病之一,其幼虫侵入猪体,破坏肝脏,影响仔猪生长发育,公猪、母猪受侵后影响繁殖,造成猪体衰弱,严重时,引起死亡。特别对集体养猪危害较大。去年11月9日至12月8日,我班师生在增城县新塘公社进行动物饲养学课程的开门办学,开展了猪肾虫病专题调查。先后调查了该社群星、新河两大队的大队猪场以及下东、沙巷、高地、前进、向阳、朝市等生产队的集体猪场,了解母猪肾虫病的寄生及危害情况;并到公社食品站屠场剖检观察肉猪被寄情况;还进行了驱虫和灭卵试验。现将初步结果分述如下:
