建立了血浆样品中盐酸氟桂嗪的荧光分光光度测定法。血浆样品经碱化用正己烷提取，水浴挥干正己烷后，用0．1mol／LHCI定容，在激发波长260um、发射波长310um处测定荧光强度。最低检出浓度10ng／ml。线性范围2．0—30．0μg／ml（r=0．9907）。平均口收率为100．08％，RSD为5．03％（n＝9），日内、日间精密度分别为1．63％～3．28％和1．94％～5．95％。方法简便、快速、准确。
Fluorescence spectrophotometry of flunarizine hydrochloride in plasma samples was established. Plasma samples were alkalized with n-hexane extraction, water bath evaporated n-hexane, with 0.1mol / LHCI constant volume, the excitation wavelength 260um, the emission wavelength was measured at 310um fluorescence intensity.
