建立了血浆样品中盐酸氟桂嗪的荧光分光光度测定法。血浆样品经碱化用正己烷提取,水浴挥干正己烷后,用0.1mol/LHCI定容,在激发波长260um、发射波长310um处测定荧光强度。最低检出浓度10ng/ml。线性范围2.0—30.0μg/ml(r=0.9907)。平均口收率为100.08%,RSD为5.03%(n=9),日内、日间精密度分别为1.63%~3.28%和1.94%~5.95%。方法简便、快速、准确。
Fluorescence spectrophotometry of flunarizine hydrochloride in plasma samples was established.
