作者对１９９０年７月至１９９７年１２月经手术的４９例甲状腺结节超声图像图分析，对照病理，超声检查总符合率８１．６％（４０／４９例），其中甲状腺腺瘤符合率７３．９％（３４／４６例），甲状腺癌符合率４２．８％（３／７例）。作者的经验超声检查对判断甲状腺结节的性质有很大帮助
The authors analyzed 49 cases of thyroid nodules surgically analyzed from July 1990 to December 1997. The total coincidence rate was 81.6% (40/49 cases) according to pathology and ultrasonography. The coincidence rate of thyroid adenoma 73. 9% (34/46 cases), thyroid cancer coincidence rate of 42.8% (3/7 cases). The author’s experience of ultrasound examination to determine the nature of thyroid nodules are of great help
