随着新技术、新装备不断更新部队装备,对士官教育的专业设置提出了更高的要求。本文从调整专业设置、改造现有专业、拓宽专业口径和加强专业建设四个方面探讨了士官教育专业结构的优化方法。
As new technologies and new equipment keep updating military equipment, higher requirements are set for the professional setting of non-commissioned officers education. This article discusses the optimization methods of noncommissioned education structure from four aspects: adjusting professional setting, reforming existing specialties, broadening professional caliber and strengthening professional construction.
