目前,国内外对圆度仪测量系统放大倍率的检定主要有动、静态两种方法。由于圆度仪滤波特性的影响,两种检定法检定放大倍率的精度是否一致?还没有人作过系统的分析与实验研究。我们对这一问题作了详细的理论分析、计算与实验研究,结论是两种检定法的精度是一致的,从而为动、静态检定法的广泛应用提供了理论的和实验的依据。
At present, there are two kinds of dynamic and static methods for the verification of the magnification of the roundness measuring system at home and abroad. Due to the influence of the filter characteristics of the circularity instrument, are the accuracies of the two methods for verification of magnification being the same? No one has done systematic analysis and experimental research. We made a detailed theoretical analysis, calculation and experimental study on this issue. The conclusion is that the accuracy of the two methods is consistent, which provides a theoretical and experimental basis for the wide application of dynamic and static methods.
