目的:探求迅速抢救急性有机磷农药中毒中间综合征(IMS)的有效方法,以降低迟发性神经病变的发生率。方法:136例急性IMS患者在出现呼衰时均应用呼吸机维持呼吸,并给予胃管注入中药“驱毒汤”。结果:136例患者全部抢救成功,无迟发性周围神经病变发生,使IMS消失时间较目前报告(22.14±15.77h)缩短为(12±5.65h)。结论:呼吸机在抢救IMS呼衰时具有非常重要的意义,在综合治疗的同时,结合“驱毒汤”可清除胃肠道残留的有机磷农药,防止毒物再吸收,中西医结合抢救IMS临床治愈率100％。
Objective: To find an effective method to quickly rescue acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning intermediate syndrome (IMS), so as to reduce the incidence of delayed neuropathy. Methods: A total of 136 acute IMS patients were ventilated with ventilator in the presence of respiratory failure, and the Chinese medicine “detoxification soup” was injected into the gastric tube. Results: All 136 patients were successfully rescued without delayed neuropathies. The disappearance time of IMS was shorter than the current report (22.14 ± 15.77 hours) to (12 ± 5.65 hours). Conclusion: The respirator is of great significance in resuscitation IMS respiratory failure, combined with the “treatment of poison soup” can be cleared of residual organophosphate pesticide in the gastrointestinal tract to prevent the reabsorption of toxic substances, the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine rescue IMS clinical Cure rate of 100%.
