从2009年初到现在我有三年的时间在教新疆班学生的英语课,其中2012年初至今担任新疆班的班主任。在教学和管理过程中,我发现新疆学生的学习基础,学习动机和学习习惯,特别是英语科从发音到书写、读、记、背及做题等都与本地生有不同程度的差异。据此,我也采取了相应的教教学措施和方法,以求在新疆班的英语教学中取得更好的成绩。
From the beginning of 2009 till now, I have been teaching English classes for Xinjiang students for three years. Among them, I hold the position of teacher in Xinjiang since early 2012. In the process of teaching and management, I found that the students in Xinjiang learned the foundation, motivation and study habits, especially the English subjects from the pronunciation to the writing, reading, remembering, back and doing questions and so have different degrees of local differences. Accordingly, I also adopted the corresponding teaching methods and methods, in order to achieve better results in English teaching in Xinjiang classes.
