In recent years, Japan’s use of pesticides has become widespread and has become indispensable to agriculture. Together with other agricultural measures, it has played a significant role in increasing yield per unit area. However, due to improper use, pesticides will also bring various disasters to the human body. Recently, low toxicity pesticides have been developed. However, it is also important to recognize that low-toxicity pesticides are not absolutely safe and harmless to human beings. Until a few years ago, it was mentioned that pesticide poisoning mainly considered acute poisonings caused by the direct contact of those who handle pesticides on a daily basis, such as farmers and production workers. Recently, pesticide residue toxicity was raised as a result of pesticide pollution. Therefore, we must consider the pesticide for some consumers do not have direct contact with the problem. Therefore, the use of pesticides must take into account both its immediate and daily safety and the safety of the average consumer.
