针对汽车轮胎压力监视系统(TPMS),以NPX-Ⅰ传感器为主,介绍一种实现TPMS中的主要部分———远程轮胎压力监视模块(RTPM)的方法。阐述了NPX-Ⅰ芯片的体系结构、指令集及其特性,并具体给出了RTPM的硬件和软件实现方案。通过实际应用,采用NPX-Ⅰ传感器,避免了繁琐的数据校正和补偿,并利用其内部固化的子程序,可以较快地开发出RTPM模块,从而缩短开发周期,降低开发成本。
Aiming at the tire pressure monitoring system of automobile (TPMS), the main part of TPMS, the remote tire pressure monitoring module (RTPM), is introduced based on the NPX-Ⅰ sensor. The NPX-I chip architecture, instruction set and its characteristics are described, and the hardware and software implementation of the RTPM is given. Through practical application, the NPX-Ⅰ sensor avoids tedious data correction and compensation, and utilizes its internal curing subroutine to develop the RTPM module faster, thus shortening the development cycle and reducing the development cost.
