目前国内的弯管机,大多是靠弯块直径来保证导管的弯曲半径。这样,一次装夹就不能弯制不同弯曲半径的导管,从而限制了弯管机的使用范围。为了克服这一不足,我车间广大职工在毛主席关于“我们必须打破常规,尽量采用先进技术”的教导鼓舞下,实行工人、干部和技术人员三结合,根据多年的生产实践经验,研制了JC—62程序控制弯管机(见图1)。这台弯管机可弯制任意形状的铝管、铜管及各种钢管。其特点主要有:一次装夹可弯制不同弯曲半径的立体形状的导管;机床附
