近年来,随着我国化学工业的迅速发展.我厂接受了很多高压容器制造任务,就我厂的设备、工艺能力来看,今后可能趋向于生产包扎容器。由于工农业发展的迫切需要,这些设备的制造周期都极短,工艺按排极为紧凑,因此对我厂无损探伤工作提出了一个完全应该的要求——紧密配合车间不拖长生产周期。
In recent years, with the rapid development of chemical industry in our country, our factory has accepted a lot of manufacturing tasks of high-pressure vessels. In terms of the equipment and technological capabilities of our plant, the factory may tend to produce bandaged containers in the future. Due to the urgent need of industrial and agricultural development, the manufacturing cycle of these equipments is very short and the process is extremely compact. Therefore, we have put forward a completely required requirement for the non-destructive testing of our factory - working closely with the workshop not to prolong the production cycle.
