马铃薯是内蒙古的三大粮食作物之一,是传统作物,更是优势和特色作物,马铃薯产业是内蒙古农牧业六大主导产业之一,但是由于贮藏不当给农户们带来了严重损失。本文开发了一套多点实时测试系统对北方半地下式马铃薯贮藏室内温湿度进行测试分析,确定传感器的可靠性和及时性;根据实际情况,设计合理的方案调节贮藏室温湿度,从而提高贮藏质量;利用Fluent软件对贮藏室内温湿度环境进行数值模拟,模拟结果与试验数据吻合较好,表明利用Fluent软件对贮藏室内温湿度场进行模拟是科学可行的。
Potato is one of the three major grain crops in Inner Mongolia. It is a traditional crop. It is also a crop with advantages and unique characteristics. The potato industry is one of the six leading industries in agriculture and animal husbandry in Inner Mongolia. However, due to improper storage, farmers have suffered serious losses. In this paper, a set of multi-point real-time test system was developed to test the temperature and humidity in the semi-underground potato storage room in northern China to determine the reliability and timeliness of the sensor. According to the actual situation, a reasonable scheme was designed to regulate the temperature and humidity in the storage room, Fluent software is used to simulate the temperature and humidity environment in the storage room. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental data, which shows that it is scientifically feasible to simulate the temperature and humidity field in the storage room with Fluent software.
