教育部印发的《义务教育思想品德课程标准(2011年版)》(以下简称“修订稿”)在“课程性质”“课程目标”和“教学建议”等三个部分都强调“以社会主义核心价值体系为导向”。此外,在“教材编写建议”部分强调:“教材编写要以社会主义核心价值体系为指导。”社会主义核心价值体系是社会主义意识形态的主体内容和本质体现,是建设社会主义道德的核心观念,也是学校德育的核心思想。下面简要分析思想品德课程如何以社会主义核心价值体系为导向。
