群众控制火源的办法

据安徽省去冬今春五个月时间内六个地区七个市三十三个县的初步统计,由于林区内生产性用火不慎引起的森林火灾占总次数的40%,如炼山造林、烧垦、烧牧场、烧田塝、烧灰积肥等,非生产性用火造成的森林火灾占37%,如在林内扔烟蒂、烘烤食物、小孩玩火、烧火取暖、上坟烧纸等;目前尚未查明的火源占23%。从上述情况分析,控制林区火源是关系到森林资源安全的重要措施之一,绝不能掉以轻心,等闲视之。现将我省林区群众针对野外用火的不同情况,总结历次森林火灾的深刻教训,提出并制定了各种火源的办法和规定。 According to the preliminary statistics of 33 counties in seven cities in six regions in Anhui Province during the five-month period last winter and spring, forest fires caused by the accidental use of productive fire in the forest area accounted for 40% of the total number of times, Forest fires caused by unproductive fires account for 37% of the total forest fires such as forestation, burning cultivation, burning pastures, burning farmland, burning ash and other products, such as throwing cigarette butts, baking food, playing with children, burning fire, At present, 23% of the sources of fire have not been identified yet. Presently, the masses in the forest areas of our province directed the different situations of using fire in the field, summed up the profound lessons of previous forest fires, and put forward and formulated various measures and provisions on fire sources.
