高性能混凝土耐久性设计本质就是确定满足混凝土耐久性的水胶比、胶结料组成和最大用水量。文中从耐久性分析入手,兼顾强度和耐久性两项指标,采用公式化方法直接对高性能混凝土耐久性进行设计。该设计是以推导水胶比w/b、胶结料组成(1~φ)cρ+φfρ、单位用水量w和混凝土强度fcu数学关系为基础,并对高性能混凝土抗Cl-、抗硫酸盐、抗冻、抗碳化进行耐久性配合比设计。
The essence of high-performance concrete durability design is to determine the water-cement ratio to meet the durability of concrete, cementitious material composition and maximum water consumption. Beginning with the analysis of durability, taking into account the two indicators of strength and durability, the durability of high performance concrete is designed directly by formulaic method.
