偏远的彝族聚居山区,由于交通、文化、经济等落后导致教育的落后,特别是幼儿教育。民族地区没有幼儿园只有学前班,因而导致“小学化”现象十分严重;幼儿教师的专业素质较低;彝族幼儿入学前班的人少;彝族幼儿对汉语知之甚少,甚至完全不懂。这些都严重影响了民族乡的幼儿教育。我们通过更新教育观念、加大教育投资、提高幼儿掌握汉语言的能力和提高教师专业素质等策略来解决所面临的问题。
Remote Yi people living in mountainous areas have lagged behind in education due to the backward transportation, culture and economy, especially early childhood education. There is no preschool in kindergartens in minority areas, resulting in a serious “primary school” phenomenon. The professional quality of kindergarten teachers is low. There are fewer people of preschool children in pre-school education. The young children of Yi have little or no understanding of Chinese. These have seriously affected the early childhood education in ethnic townships. We tackle the problems we face by updating education concepts, increasing investment in education, enhancing young children’s ability to master Chinese language and enhancing the professional qualifications of teachers.
