近几年来对急性散发性病毒性肝炎中戊型肝炎流行病学监测多有报道 ,监测结果表明均有较高的阳性率。为了解大同铁路地区饮食服务行业人员戊型肝炎感染及流行情况 ,我们于1999年 3月～ 2 0 0 0年 3月对 10 43名饮食服务行业从业人员进行了戊型肝炎感染的调查。现将结果报告如下
Epidemiological surveillance of hepatitis E in acute sporadic viral hepatitis has been reported in recent years. The monitoring results show that both have a high positive rate. In order to understand the hepatitis E infection and prevalence of food service workers in the Datong-Railway region, we conducted a survey of 1,043 hepatitis E infection practitioners in the catering industry from March 1999 to March 2000.
