2008年8月25日,专利法修正案草案提交十一届全国人大常委会第四次会议初次审议,从法律层面上鼓励向国外申请专利成为专利法第三次修改的一个亮点。
On August 25, 2008, the draft amendment to the Patent Law was submitted for the first time to the Fourth Session of the 11th NPC Standing Committee. Encouraging the legal application of foreign patents was a bright spot in the third revision of the Patent Law.
