针对钢板包装中存在的问题,对钢板包装捆扎系统的力学性能和计算模型进行了研究,计算和分析了钢板的变形和应力,校核了平板皱损、压杆稳定、横木和纵梁的强度;并根据各种钢板规格确定了包装时横木框架的横木和纵梁的根数,分析了横木和纵梁的根数对钢板应力和变形的影响。同时,基于ANSYS11.0对钢板包装捆扎系统进行了有限元分析,其研究结果可为钢板包装捆扎设计提供理论依据。
Aiming at the existing problems in the steel plate packaging, the mechanical properties and calculation model of the steel plate packing and strapping system were studied. The deformation and stress of the steel plate were calculated and analyzed. The plate wrinkle, the stability of the bar, the strength ; And according to the specifications of various steel sheets, the number of horizontal beams and longitudinal beams of the horizontal beam frame during packing was determined. The influence of the number of horizontal beams and longitudinal beams on the stress and deformation of the steel plate was analyzed. At the same time, based on ANSYS11.0, the finite element analysis of the steel sheet packaging and strapping system was carried out. The research results can provide the theoretical basis for the steel sheet packaging and strapping design.
