三角转子是转子发动机的主要零件之一,俗有“心藏”之称。由于其结构复杂、工作环境恶劣,对材质和铸件质量要求严格。我们试制的2×700转子发动机的转子材质是 QT60-2。从转子结构来看,周身加工,要求较高,壁厚基本上趋于均匀,两个端面对称。三个角内是空腔,中间的隔板壁厚5毫米。整个泥芯被铁水包裹,只能从几个φ10的小孔洞除砂。这就要求泥芯砂既要有强度,又要有溃散性。我们采用2～
Triangular rotor is one of the main parts of the rotor engine, vulgar “heart hidden” said. Due to its complex structure, poor working environment, strict requirements on the quality of materials and castings. The rotor material of our prototype 2 × 700 rotor engine is QT60-2. From the rotor structure point of view, the whole body processing, demanding, wall thickness basically tends to be uniform, the two face symmetry. The three corners are hollow, the middle partition wall thickness 5mm. The entire mud core is wrapped in hot metal and can only be removed from a few holes of φ10. This requires mud core sand both strength, but also collapsibility. We use 2 ~
