为改革当前高校“大学生体育合格标准”管理普遍采用的人工操作现象，为提高管理层的效益设计了计算机管理系统。并阐述了系统编程的针对性，灵活性，操作流程，适合不同专业的高校使用等特点。
In order to reform the commonly used manual operation of college sports standards of college students, a computerized management system was designed to improve management effectiveness.
