一对外贸易法特殊重要的地位和作用在当今世界,各国外贸对国民经济发展的作用越来越大,外贸法地位也日趋重要。随着WTO在国际贸易中的影响日益加大,随着世界经济全球化进程的加快,尤其是经济大国的经济发展,对国际贸易的依存度越来越高。所谓外贸依存度,是指一国对外贸易总额(外贸进出口总额)与国内生产总值的比值,用于衡量该国经济对国际市场依赖程度的高低。
The Special Status and Function of a Pair of Foreign Trade Laws In today’s world, the role of foreign trade in the development of the national economy is getting greater and greater, and the status of foreign trade law has become increasingly important. With the WTO becoming more and more influential in international trade, as the globalization of the world economy accelerates, especially the economic development of economic powers, the dependence on international trade is getting higher and higher. The so-called degree of dependence on foreign trade refers to the ratio of the total foreign trade volume (the total volume of foreign trade) to the gross domestic product (GDP) of a country, and is used to measure the extent to which the country’s economy relies on the international market.
