一、参加社会调查、研究性学习活动安排学生以小记者身份采访市、区“两会”人大代表与政协代表,报道市、区“两会”具体情况。在采访之前,学生要作充分准备,了解我国的政治制度、社会制度、国家性质、“两会”的内涵与历史、社会热点民生话题,对时事有足够的认知。在采访中,学生的灵活应变能力、交流合作能力,语言表达能力都得到了很大的提升。同时,能够提出有价值的问题也是学生公众意识与能力提高的有力说明。学生提出的问题必须考虑其现实性与公众性,这本身就是从利他主义角度出发,为社会贡献自己的力量。在这一过程中,学生对国家制度的认识、对自我权利的认识、对社会发
