观察皮下埋植左旋-18甲基炔诺酮(LNG)术后用雌激素处理对 SD 鼠子宫内膜、卵巢组织ER、PR 含量的影响。用饱和浓度单点法测定皮埋术后用雌激素处理的 SD 鼠子宫内膜、卵巢组织ER、PR 含量。分未处理组、皮埋对照组、皮埋配伍雌激素组和皮埋配伍生理盐水对照组。结果显示:雌激素处理组子宫内膜、卵巢组织 ER、PR 含量较同期对照组显著升高(P<0.01),但与用药时间长短无关。该组雌性大鼠与成年雄性大鼠合笼,无一例受孕。提示用雌激素可减少皮埋术引起的子宫内膜、卵巢组织 ER、PR 含量的下降。
To observe the effect of estrogen treatment on the content of ER and PR in the endometrium and ovary of SD rats after subcutaneous implantation of L-18 norethindrone (LNG). The content of ER and PR in endometrium and ovary tissue of SD rats treated with estrogen after embedding by using single-point saturation concentration method was measured. Divided into untreated group, buried control group, embedded skin compatibility estrogen group and control group. The results showed that the levels of ER and PR in the endometrium and ovary of estrogen-treated group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.01), but not with the duration of treatment. This group of female rats and adult male rats caged, without exception, pregnancy. Tip estrogen can reduce the skin burial-induced endometrial, ovarian tissue ER, PR decreased.
