原发灶不明的颈转移癌是指:(1)颈部肿物经病理证实为淋巴结移转癌而他处无病变,(2)治疗前及治疗中,经各种检查未能找到原发灶,(3)既往无恶性肿瘤史者。因原发灶不明,一般认为病人预后不好。但亦有文献报导手术或放射治疗后,部分病人仍能获得长期生存。本文分析我院1959年9月至1978年10月,经过放疗或化疗者113例。并讨论其治疗及寻找原发灶等问题。
Unknown cervical metastatic carcinoma of the primary tumor means: (1) The neck mass was pathologically confirmed as lymph node metastasis and he had no lesion. This article analyzed 113 cases of radiotherapy or chemotherapy in our hospital from September 1959 to October 1978. And discuss its treatment and find the original stove and other issues.
